Drawing inspiration from the likes of Cesar Chavez and Jessica Govea of the United Farm Workers, New Labor seeks to build power for its members through organizing. Using a simple formula — organized people + organized money = power — New Labor seeks to amplify our members’  voice in the community, the workplace, and the political realm.
